Under the Takeoff Ready tab you can mark each aircraft as unavailable for the next 96 hours. Use this setting on daily basis as your aircraft availability changes constantly.
Click under Schedule --> Takeoff Ready --> select the aircraft:
Here click on Mark as unavailable and update the time period where your aircraft should not be visible in the Search:
