A: We recommend using the IOS pilot app. Pilots will receive in app notifications for  last-minute trips.

A:
 We recently added a feature that allows you to export a report to help you stay up to date on currency and training. This can be found under the main tab Currency & Training sub tab training list tab. 

 
Q: What is the best way to look up all past flights for my pilots? I want to make sure my records are up to date.
A:
First we recommend completing any pending flight and duty logs in the system. Afterwards, you can pull the Flight Leg export report under company reports. 


Q: How can I respond quickly to brokers without having to rebuild or adjust the quote?
 
A: Here are a number of things you can do to speed up your quoting.

  • We recommend adding and updating your airport fees.  This is a common reason why operators must regenerate a quote.
