Selecting a flight segment in the main dashboard will take you to the assignment tab. 

Itinerary

  1. Departure - Destination and Scheduled Time. 
  2. Itinerary overview 
  3. Departure Information, with specific timezone and UTC time. 
  4. Arrival Information, with specific timezone and UTC time. 
  5. The number of passengers, Aircraft, Crew & flight duration. 
  6. Trip Information, and trip leg number. Selecting this will allow you to switch flight segments. 
  7. It will show you if the release has been performed by operations. 

Flight Logs 

Selecting the flight logs tab in the main dashboard will bring the flight log tab to the top. 

  1. Regulation Type. (91,135 or 121)
  2. Date of the flight 
  3. Out - Block Out 
  4. Off - Take Off 
  5. On - Landing
  6. In - Block In
  7. Block Time Automatic Calculation [In - Out]
  8. Flight Time Automatic Calculation [On - Off]


 

  1. Pilot Flying - Allows you the option to select if the user was the PIC (Pilot in Command) or SIC (Second in command) for that specific segment. 
  2. Night Flying Time - The time between the end of evening civil twilight and the beginning of morning civil twilight.
  3. instrument Flight Time - Flight time that was solely under Instrument Flight Rules, while on IMC (Instrument meteorological conditions). 
  4. The Hobbs Total - Time the aircraft has been running. 
  5. Fuel Burn Information. 

  1. Approach Type gives the option to select if the approach was conducted under Visual Flight Rules or Instrument Flight Rules. 
  2. Amount of approaches that were performed. 
  3. Pilot flying during the take-off was the PIC or SIC. 
  4. The type of take-off was conducted. It gives you the option to select either day or night. 
  5. Pilot flying who performed the landing. Give the option to select either PIC or SIC. 
  6. The type of landing was performed. Gives the option to select between day or night. 
  7. The aircraft Tail Number. With the aircraft type information. 
  8. Hours on the engine.
  9. The input of Engine Cycles.

The Aircraft option gives the same option for Engine #1, #2 and the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). 

Aircraft

  1. Aircraft Tail Number. Below the actual aircraft type and series. 

 Notes

  1. Trip notes will include any notes that have been inputted in the Schedaero web application. Crew Notes and Pax Notes will show. 
  2. Detailed information regarding the specific leg. Also for Crew and Passengers. 

Departure

  1. Departure Information, detailing Airpor Code, Name of the airport, name, and location of the city, date and time. 
  2. Selecting view details will direct you to a wider page of FBO information. 

  1. Once selected View Detailed information, the departure page will show all the main information plus FBO additional Information. 
  2. Fixed Base Operator name. 
  3. Frequency information.  Airinc*, Air to Ground* and Unicom*. Accessible for pilots  
  4. Internal notes regarding this Fixed Base Operator. 
  5. Contact Information of the Fixed Base Operator. Address and Phone number. 

This  will redirect you to your Maps application. Selecting the phone number will take you to your cellphone main page. 

Arrival 

  1. Arrival Information, detailing Airport Code, Name of the airport, name, and location of the city, date and time. 
  2. Fixed Base Operator name & Internal notes regarding this Fixed Base Operator.
  3. Fuel Information with specific notes. 

Passengers 

  1. List of passengers with their quantities. 
  2. Name of passengers with detailed information. Gender, Age, Weight, and Passport number. 
  3. Manifest information of all passengers. 
  1. Name of Passenger. 
  2. Internal Passenger notes. 
  3. Passengers profile. Gender, Age, Birthday, and Weight. 
  4. Passport Information, including passport number, country, and expiration date. 

Crew

  1. Name of Pilot In Command 
  2. Name of Second in Command
  3. Crew List Option. Selecting the mail option and phone number will redirect you to the specific option. 
  1. Name of Pilot. 
  2. Pilot profile. Gender, Age, Birthday, and Weight. 
  3. Passport Information, including passport number, country, and expiration date.
  4. Pilot contact information.
