Pilot Training Requirements

In this feature, Schedaero allows the user to view all the specific training requirements for the specific pilot. The information will be listed by Status, Name, Due Date, Requirements, last completed, and the specific frequency of certain training events.

Updating medical certificates can be done via this window. Once clicking into the specific training item, the user will be able to update the information. Under Summary, the system will show when the medical certificate expires as well as when it was required.

Last Completion: Allows the user to see when the certificate last completed.

Show History: Schedaero will keep track of all certificates added into the system, with their attachment. No information will be deleted, for record-keeping.

Medical Class: Schedaero will allow the user to set 1st class Medical Certificate or 2nd Class Medical Certificates.

Completion Date: The date of the Medical exam was completed.

Override: In case there is a special case in which the Chief Pilot or Government agency decides to override the certificate, Schedaero will allow it to do so. There must be a reason inserted before selecting save.

In case the Item is not current. Select the training item, and to be able to update it, they must enter the completion date, base month, and attach a PDF file if required. Select Save to complete the transaction.

Show History: Schedaero will keep track of all certificates added into the system, with their attachment. No information will be deleted for record-keeping.
