To set up the Operator account with Charter eAPIS, the Operator must already have access and credentials to the CBP Charter Submission portal.

Operator Access Request to CBP

The Operator must email CBP to request their Charter eAPIS Submission access be changed to use Schedaero.

CBP eAPIS Support email: eapissupport@cbp.dhs.gov

The following information must included in the email:

  • The operator’s eAPIS account number (Sender ID)
  • The SchedAero Sender ID: Will be provided by the Support team.

Once CBP has approved this request, please forward the email to Support@schedaero.com and your Account Manager email.

Our Tech team will then turn on the feature on your account once the authorization email has been reviewed.

The Operator is required to enter their U.S. Sender ID (private), 3 Digit Carrier Code (Charter), and Charter confirmation email on the Settings Integrations page.
