Managing your company documents is now easier than ever in Schedaero. To get started click on “Docs” in your navigation bar.
Here you can see a list of all of your documents that have been uploaded along with their name, expiration date, who it was uploaded by, who it is assigned to, who it has been downloaded by, and the size of the file.
You are able to search for a document by using the search bar and you can also filter the list by who the document is assigned to as well as by the expiration status.
When a document has been assigned to a crew member they will be able to download and view it in their Schedaero iOS crew app.
Adding A New Document:
File: Attach the file you would like to upload
Document Name: Give the document a name for easy recognition
Assign to: Select crew members that this document needs to be accessible to
Expiration Date: Select a date that the document will expire on
Description: Add a description for the document
Click “Save” and you are done!
