In February 2022, we rolled out a new pricing view in Marketplace search to facilitate more transparency between Brokers and Operators. To learn more about the marketplace pricing update click here.

With this update, the price of your aircraft as shown to buyers in the marketplace is determined by your pricing profiles as well as your historical quoting behavior. We believe this will streamline the process for all parties. The buyers can find the right option faster and having the most accurate representation of price, it will cut down on the back and forth between buyer and operator.

Calculating your new Avinode Marketplace Requested Price:

Listed price in Avinode (aka Requested price) =

Profile Price x Median price difference (%)

  • Listed price in Avinode: what the buyer sees on Marketplace, which will then become the Requested price

  • Profile price: the price as created with your Schedaero Pricing Profiles

  • Median price difference (%):

Impact on Schedaero Quoting:

Moving forward, here are the prices that Schedaero will show you in the quote builder when you are responding to an incoming Avinode request:

  • The default quote - as generated in Schedaero- is now true to your Pricing Profiles, as we believe this price should still remain the baseline for building your own quote to the buyer.

  • We will also show you the Requested price in this view, to inform you of the price that the buyer saw in the marketplace (as a reference).
